Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative in the United States to drive early-stage pipeline for a B2B sales platform. You will prospect SMB and mid-market accounts, execute multi-channel outreach with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted research, and book meetings for the sales team.

This is a high-activity, execution-driven role with defined metrics and a weekend-inclusive 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation with a track record of booked meetings.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a structured outbound motion using AI for research and outreach.
• Experience with CRM logging and pipeline management.
• Able to handle objections and sustain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts as part of a 5-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts
• Research and qualify prospects using AI-assisted tools and platform intelligence
• Write clear, personalized cold outreach that avoids spam signals
• Handle objections and move conversations toward booked meetings
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Use AI tools daily to research accounts, draft messaging, and improve outreach efficiency
• Test and refine messaging based on response data and feedback
• Book qualified meetings with full context and notes for handoffs.
