Job summary

shuckerOPS is seeking a hands-on operator who bridges operations and AI at the frontier of our venture-backed portfolio. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founders, driving strategic initiatives, filling gaps, and supporting leadership on ad hoc needs.

You will orchestrate a growing roster of agents handling back-office work and GTM tasks. You are expected to move quickly, think analytically, and execute cleanly, becoming a trusted extension of the leadership as decisions are made.

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A, HR, and Admin functions.
• Own recruiting and onboarding for key roles.
• Unblock company execution leveraging playbooks, systems, and expertise.
• Solve problems using scalable frameworks and systems.
• Champion excellent internal and external communications.
• Create GTM content and hook the target audience.
• Take discovery calls, onboard customers, and increase ACV.
• Measure funnel performance, attribution, and velocity.
• Weave agents and tools to keep CRM organized.
