Job summary

Safari AI is seeking a hands-on GTM and operations leader in Miami to partner with the CEO and manage a meaningful part of the Go To Market sales motion and business operations.

You will iterate on AI agents to automate day-to-day tasks, setting the company up for scale and driving strategic initiatives to grow the business. The role offers in-person collaboration from the Coconut Grove office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Finance, Management Consulting, or similar Operations / Finance / Strategy leadership at an early- or mid-stage startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bias for action with ability to multitask.
• Desire to work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM and operations initiatives and report directly to the CEO.
• Manage CRM, revenue reporting and other sales KPI's.
• Oversee essential business operations functions including Finance, Vendor Management, Investor Relations, Auditing.
• Manage the company model and budget to support growth.
• Coordinate AI agent development and client engagement to scale the business.
