Job summary

Safari AI, based in Miami, seeks a hands-on GTM and operations leader to report to the CEO and drive a meaningful portion of the go-to-market and business operations. You will help build and scale AI agents that automate day-to-day work and align with strategic initiatives.

The role is based at the Coconut Grove office, with a path to grow into broader GTM functions and lead engagements with prospects, clients and partners as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Finance, management consulting, or related operations/finance roles at early- or mid-stage startups.
• Proven track record of business impact and adaptability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in an office setting and in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade, iterate, and create AI agents with Eng team to automate marketing, sales, and client success engagement.
• Scale founder-led sales and client upsells in collaboration with the CEO.
• Manage CRM, revenue reporting, and sales KPIs.
• Lead essential business operations functions, including Finance, Vendor Management, Investor Relations, Auditing, and other everyday functions.
• Manage the company model and budget.
