Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Offer Development to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable Professional Services offerings. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Delivery to convert market insights into ready-to-launch services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or Strategy, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of proven track record in product management, service design, or commercializing professional services/consulting offerings from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products (AI, Data, CRM) and how they integrate to solve complex enterprise challenges.
• Strong ability to define target personas, use cases, pricing models, and delivery structures.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a proven ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively with senior leadership, technical teams, and sales organization.
• Hands-on experience or active engagement with AI, generative AI, agentic systems, or automation to optimize business processes and services.
• Structured thinker capable of thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced global environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Offering Lifecycle: Lead the development of repeatable, scalable Professional Services offerings.
• Design & Commercialization: Build offering kits, pricing, and enablement content; validate concepts with customers and stakeholders.
• Strategic Orchestration & Governance: Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Delivery.
• AI-First Innovation: Drive AI adoption by embedding AI capabilities into customer-facing service solutions.
• Portfolio Performance: Define metrics and use feedback to drive data-informed decisions on scaling or retiring items.
