Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Strategy (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of proven track record in product management, service design, or commercializing professional services.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products (AI, Data, CRM) and how they integrate to solve enterprise challenges.
• Strong ability to define target personas, use cases, pricing models, and delivery structures.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior leadership, technical teams, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of repeatable, scalable Professional Services offerings from concept to launch.
• Build offering kits, including pricing, enablement content, and GTM materials; validate with customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as cross-functional lead across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Delivery.
• Drive AI adoption and embed AI capabilities into customer-facing service solutions.
• Define and monitor success metrics for portfolio performance and scale successful items.
