You will apply product-management rigor, commercial thinking, and AI-forward innovation to guide offerings from concept through design, commercialization, launch, and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional orchestration across Sales, Product, Customer Success and Delivery, establishing governance, pricing, and delivery models to scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Strategy, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Offering Lifecycle: Lead development of scalable Professional Services offerings aligned with Salesforce product roadmaps.
• Design & Commercialization: Build offering kits, pricing, enablement content, and validate concepts with customers and stakeholders.
• Strategic Orchestration & Governance: Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Delivery.
• AI-First Innovation: Leverage AI/agentic capabilities to accelerate offer creation and embedding AI in services.
• Portfolio Performance: Define metrics and feedback loops to refine offerings and scale portfolio items.
