• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or TPM in enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and milestones
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
• Experience with cross-functional delivery including SI Partners

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and proactively resolve delivery risks
• Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including internal Migration Leads, Professional Services consultants, and SI Partners — keeping them unblocked and aligned on scope and delivery dates
• Serve as the primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite customer stakeholders, translating complex migration workstreams into clear business outcomes
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change
• Personally lead discovery workshops and "Jobs-to-be-Done" reviews, auditing legacy business processes and mapping requirements to standardized target platform patterns
• Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to synthesize legacy documentation, extract business logic, auto-generate project assets, and accelerate delivery workflows
• Assess customer organizational readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead operational handoffs post-migration to support lasting adoption
