Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists—engagement leaders who serve as the backbone for enterprise migrations and platform modernizations. You own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for fast-paced engagements, leveraging AI-native delivery to accelerate discovery and execution.

As a hybrid of program manager, engagement lead, and business analyst, you govern cross-functional teams, drive value realization, and partner with executives to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management, or consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional teams and strict milestones.
• Experience in governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating with Professional Services, SI partners, and external teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics or Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end from discovery to migration strategy to execution oversight to value realization.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, keeping scope and dates aligned.
• Serve as primary contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders, translating workstreams into outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide customers through organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews to map requirements to target patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract logic, and accelerate assets.
• Assess readiness and define change enablement paths post-migration.
