Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists—engagement leaders who serve as the operational backbone, program lead, and business strategist for high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations.

Operating in an AI-native delivery framework, you own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for fast-paced, high-impact engagements (typically 12 weeks or less) that transition enterprise customers to modern platforms like MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or TPM in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and cross-functional teams.
• Strong program governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Professional Services, SIs, and external customer teams.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms (Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, Data Cloud).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement success across Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and proactively resolve delivery risks.
• Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including Migration Leads, Professional Services, and SI Partners.
• Serve as the primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite customer stakeholders, translating complex workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews, auditing legacy processes and mapping requirements.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract business logic, and accelerate delivery workflows.
