Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Migration Delivery, Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise migrations and platform modernizations within an AI-native delivery framework. You will own end-to-end delivery from discovery to value realization, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive governance to ensure rapid, high-impact transitions to MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

The role blends program management, engagement leadership, and business analysis.

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or MCS for enterprise SaaS transitions.
Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes, managing cross-functional delivery teams, with milestone discipline.
Strong background in program governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
Experience orchestrating delivery with Professional Services, SIs, and external customer teams.
Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud ecosystems (MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, Data Cloud).
Practical experience using AI productivity tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate program analysis, documentation, and delivery.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites as needed.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end engagement success across the full lifecycle: Discovery, Migration Strategy, Execution Oversight, Value Realization & Handoff.
Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, keeping them aligned on scope and delivery dates.
Serve as primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into business outcomes.
Lead steering committee reviews and guide organizational change.
Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews, mapping requirements to target platform patterns.
Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation, extract logic, and accelerate delivery assets.
Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead post-migration handoffs.
