Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Migration Delivery, Deployment Strategist to own end-to-end enterprise migrations and platform modernizations. You will lead cross-functional delivery pods, run governance, and translate complex workstreams into tangible business outcomes for executive stakeholders.

In this role, you will use AI tools to speed discovery, automate assets, and accelerate value realization across MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud. Travel up to 25% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery or similar roles in enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record with cross-functional delivery teams and milestone discipline.
• Strong governance, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating with Professional Services, SIs, and external teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms (Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement success across discovery, migration strategy and handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope and risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams to align scope and dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders with clear business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and organizational change navigation.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate discovery, docs, and project assets.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and oversee post-migration adoption.
