Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Migration Delivery, Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise migrations and platform modernizations. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to realize value quickly in AI-native delivery projects.

You will drive discovery, define governance, and use AI tools to accelerate outcomes, while navigating change management and ensuring customer success across major cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams and strict milestones.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Professional Services, System Integrators, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end as single point of accountability across Discovery, Migration Strategy, Execution, Value Realization, and Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, keeping them unblocked and aligned.
• Serve as primary contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders; translate migration workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs and accelerate delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement, and lead post-migration handoffs.
