Salesforce is seeking a Migration Delivery, Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise migrations and platform modernizations within an AI-native delivery framework. Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery or TPM for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven ownership of enterprise engagements with cross-functional teams and tight milestones.
• Strong governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating with Professional Services, SIs, and external teams.
• Broad cloud platform knowledge across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement success across discovery to handoff and value realization.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope and risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams to keep scope aligned.
• Serve as primary contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders translating workstreams into outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation and project assets.
• Assess readiness and enable post-migration adoption.
