Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to serve as the operational backbone for high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, lead cross-functional delivery pods, and govern executive engagements to deliver measurable value.

You will work with AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution, drive change management, and ensure customers realize fast time-to-value across MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery or TPM for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience with governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end across the full lifecycle from discovery to handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope and delivery risks.
• Direct cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on scope and delivery dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders and translate workstreams to business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and customer organizational change navigation.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and manage post-migration handoffs.
