Job summary

Conquest Planning Inc. is seeking a proactive Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the marketing automation platform, including Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will ensure clean data, reliable workflows, and cross‑functional alignment across regions in a regulated financial guidance environment. The role requires hands-on administration, data governance, and a track record in marketing automation with strong analytics, stakeholder management, and AI/automation tooling

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar
• Hands-on Pardot and Salesforce administration experience
• Proven track record of administering and optimizing marketing automation
• Regulated-industry experience a plus
• Excellent organization: taxonomies, naming conventions, folders
• Experience with multi-tool martech stacks and integrations

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and optimization of Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrations
• Ensure clean data flow, routing, syncs, and accurate reporting across funnel
• Document, maintain and improve marketing systems, processes and data
• Design lead enrichment workflows and ensure records are complete before sales
• Build lead routing logic in MAP and Salesforce for correct reps at correct times
• Create segmentation rules for personalization and reporting
• Audit current MAP/CRM setup and troubleshoot campaigns and issues
• Maintain communications calendar and cross-functional updates
• Partner with marketing for list builds, loads, segmentation, QA
• Support campaign performance tracking and dashboards for revenue visibility
• Test formats and messaging to improve email/nurture performance
• Map data definitions and lifecycle models across teams
• Leverage AI tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
• Stay current on AI/automation landscape and new tooling
