Skillsoft is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to turn Growth Marketing strategy into executable, AI-enabled campaigns across MCAE (Pardot) and Salesforce. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional campaign operations or marketing automation experience.
• Pardot / MCAE expertise: program builds, engagement studio, scoring, and lead nurturing best practices.
• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including MCAE integration with Sales Cloud, campaign objects, and lead routing.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate work and automate tasks; AI-first mindset.
• Data taxonomy aptitude with naming conventions and governance in cross-channel campaigns.
• HTML/CSS for email and analytics tagging (UTM) for accurate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, build, and execution of marketing campaigns across email, nurture, and event channels.
• Build, QA, and optimize multi-stage nurture flows and lifecycle journeys.
• Develop precise audience segmentation for highly targeted, personalized delivery.
• Partner on taxonomy, field mappings, and naming across MCAE, SFDC, Data Cloud, and 6sense.
• Prototype lightweight AI-assisted automations to scale without headcount.
• Ensure quality assurance, deliverability, and reporting of campaign performance.
