Responsibilities

• Own systems, data, and processes to turn marketing into pipeline and AI-native solutions.
• Manage a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist and stay hands-on.
• Run HubSpot and Salesforce, lead routing to BizDev, lifecycle reporting, and paid media measurement.
• Own data quality, privacy, and global consent with Legal and QA.
• Ship AI agents and automations for scoring, routing, enrichment, and reporting.
