• Track projects, deadlines, approvals, and follow-ups; coordinate promotional materials, shipments, swag, vendors, and event logistics.
• Maintain organized files, procedures, purchase records, receipts and invoice documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Sample Departments.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms to organize information, draft communications, create procedures, summarize information, and improve workflows.
