Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Franklin Lakes, NJ is seeking a Central Marketing Support Coordinator to provide centralized operational support to four Central Marketing Organization VPs.

This is not a traditional administrative role; it focuses on using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency of work, enabling the delivery of structured tasks, coordinating information and meetings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or communications.
• 1–3 years in executive assistant, admin, marketing coordination, or operations.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in global, matrixed environments is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests under pressure.
• Clear written communication, concise emails, summaries and exec presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and prepares agendas for Central Marketing VPs.
• Uses approved AI tools to draft summaries, communications, and documents.
• Develops reusable prompts to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinates cross-functional initiatives and tracks actions to completion.
• Maintains structured folders and version control in Teams and SharePoint.
