Job summary

Dawnrise in Atlanta, GA seeks a part-time Operations AI and Marketing Specialist to optimize day-to-day processes using AI and Odoo, while building and managing online marketing efforts. You will coordinate order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics, work with sales, supply chain, and customer service, and develop KPI reports to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Strong AI analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
Strong understanding of using Odoo for Inventory, Sales, Purchases, and Accounting.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives on time and within scope.
Ability to build out Social Media platforms and support the online business.
Sales support experience or familiarity with sales processes is beneficial.
High proficiency with spreadsheets and must know how to use Odoo to build out reporting tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
