Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize day-to-day marketing systems, processes, and workflows. You will configure, implement, and troubleshoot our marketing tech stack, acting as the go-to expert for Pardot, GA4, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and DataGroomr.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure data reliability, program accuracy, and frictionless execution, while exploring AI-powered workflows to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Demand Generation in a B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce CRM, GA4, 6sense, ZoomInfo and related integrations.
• Experience building and maintaining lead scoring, grading and data hygiene frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day administrator for core marketing platforms (Pardot, Webflow, GA4, 6sense, ZoomInfo, DataGroomr).
• Implement and maintain Pardot automation rules, lead scoring and grading frameworks.
• Manage ZoomInfo integration with Pardot and Salesforce and ensure data flows between systems.
• Configure GA4 data streams, event tracking, and attribution reporting.
• Build and maintain Pardot assets (forms, automation rules, emails, lists).
• Maintain data imports, deduplication, and contact hygiene.
• Audit tracking implementations, data flows, and vendor integrations.
