The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position responsible for keeping the Marketing and Sample Departments organized, accurate, and on schedule. This hands‑on role provides the operational support needed to keep day‑to‑day work moving efficiently.

Sample & Display Operations:

• Manage sample and display transfers, including paperwork, system updates, labeling, shipping, and final verification.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment, counts, packaging, staging, and discrepancy resolution.

Marketing Operations:
