Qualificações

• Experience in lifecycle or retention marketing for email or SMS.
• Ability to design behavior-driven customer journeys.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Data).
• Strong, emotionally resonant messaging that supports enrollment and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end email and SMS lifecycle strategy, including segmentation and personalization.
• Develop AI-powered, behavior-driven journeys and automated workflows.
• Partner with AI, Product, BI, and Engineering to build segmentation, triggers, analytics, and cross-channel campaigns.
• Lead A/B testing, cohort analysis, and KPI reporting to optimize performance.
• Scale campaign execution with AI tools and contractor resources while maintaining quality.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
