Responsabilidades

• Own email and SMS as a revenue stream with strategy and forecast.
• Build acquisition nurture engine across email and SMS.
• Architect AI systems layer with audiences, content generation, personalization, QA, and reporting.
• Partner with Product on lifecycle experiences based on real learner behavior.
• Lead experimentation, A/B tests, and KPI reporting.
