Job summary

PRO Club is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to scale email performance and lifecycle programs, positioning email as a primary driver of new memberships, retention, and lifetime value, while supporting paid email efforts.

You will own the email calendar, lifecycle journeys, and campaign strategy while directing AI agents to produce copy, briefs, and calendars for review before deployment in a fast‑paced, multi‑campus environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of email marketing, lifecycle or CRM marketing with ownership of multi‑touch campaigns.
• Proven ability to drive conversion, retention and revenue via owned emails.
• Strong segmentation, journey design, automation, deliverability and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategy across content, cadence, segmentation and personalization.
• Own promotional, transactional, triggered, and automated journeys through the funnel.
• Drive retention, re‑engagement and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Monitor performance and apply insights to improve results.
• Brief, QA and manage AI agents for copy and calendars prior to deployment.
• Define lifecycle automation, trigger logic, timing and personalization.
• Own email channel reporting and revenue attribution.
