Quizlet is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own end-to-end CRM programs at scale. You will shape strategies across activation, engagement, conversion, and retention, leveraging a modern lifecycle platform and strong writing to personalize messages for students.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, build experiments, and drive a robust go-to-market plan for a new product, including international expansion and mobile push optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience owning lifecycle or CRM programs end-to-end for a consumer product at scale.
• Fluency with a modern lifecycle platform for audience building, triggered journeys, templates, and QA.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with marketing automation tools like Braze or Iterable.

Responsibilities

• Own programs end-to-end: brief, copy iteration, project-manage, build campaigns, launch with minimal oversight.
• Shape lifecycle strategy across activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and winback via push, email, and in-product modals.
• Partner with Product Management on instrumentation, triggers, eligibility, and launch coordination.
• Stand up lifecycle for a net-new product, including GTM coordination and behavior-trigger roadmap.
• Grow mobile push opt-in rate and develop richer real-time segmentation.
• Own MAU and revenue targets; report on what works and what to change.
