Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Legal Operations professional to serve as a key resource for internal stakeholders on contracts, templates, and repository governance. You will support cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Compliance, Procurement, IT, and other business partners, and drive process improvements, system governance, and data-driven decision making.

The role covers end-to-end contract lifecycle management, automation with AI tools, and development of dashboards to increase throughput,

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, compliance, or related legal functions, with cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal workflows, with hands-on experience in CLM platforms, matter management tools, e-signature and document management solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation in legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact and resource for internal stakeholders regarding legal processes, systems, and operational workflows, providing guidance and training to legal team members.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, Compliance, Procurement, IT, and other business partners, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Support attorneys with complex document management, project coordination, and operational initiatives across multiple legal practice areas.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including intake, review routing, approvals, execution, repository management, and post-execution governance.
• Maintain matter management systems and department tracking tools to ensure visibility into deadlines and workflow metrics.
• Design and implement standardized processes and dashboards to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making across the Legal Department.
• Oversee system governance, user training, and adoption strategies to embed new tools into daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to modernize legal service delivery and improve efficiency.
