Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or corporate paralegal roles.
• Experience with corporate filings and governmental follow-up, and a reliable deadline-tracking system.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines.
• Experience vendor/budget management or billing review.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools and interest in AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent written communication and handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate filings and records, follow up with government agencies and organizations to obtain documents and approvals.
• Track legal deadlines, renewals, and obligations across the company to ensure nothing is missed.
• Run legal requests, keep visibility on open items, owners, and next steps.
• Improve legal processes and workflows, and document them.
• Forecast and oversee the legal budget, including review of outside counsel invoices.
• Manage legal vendors and billing.
• Evaluate and implement legal technology, and build workflows with AI tools where they help.
