Job summary

Daikin seeks an analytical Legal Operations Specialist to drive AI-enabled improvements across contract management, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions, delivering actionable insights from data analysis.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in legal operations or related field.
Experience implementing AI solutions in legal tech.
Familiarity with legal tech platforms and transformation initiatives.
Lean/Six Sigma/Agile/Prosci or similar frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize legal processes and governance to improve efficiency.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting for data-driven decisions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and ROI for legal resources and tech.
Evaluate and implement legal technology solutions including CLM, eDiscovery, and AI tools.
Drive AI strategy, measure outcomes, and promote responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology implementations.
Design training and adoption programs to maximize tool utilization.
Identify risks and opportunities through legal operations data analysis.
