Job summary

WS Development is seeking an AI and Legal Operations Manager to streamline the legal team's operations. You will lead technology selection and adoption, build dashboards, and automate workflows to drive efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decisions across cross-functional partners.

You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and IT to implement AI-enabled tools, manage matter workflows, and prepare executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a project management or legal operations role.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting using Power BI for a legal or professional services function.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering at least one AI-enabled legal tool.
• Experience with process automation using Power Automate or similar low-code tools.
• Experience leading or participating in implementing a large software system (e.g., CLM).

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, implementation and administration of legal tech and AI-enabled tools; own rollout and adoption.
• Drive day-to-day AI enablement by turning playbooks into prompts, AI skills, and use cases.
• Design and maintain process automations with low-code tools to reduce low-value work.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports on team performance and matters.
• Assess readiness for a contract lifecycle management system and plan next steps.
• Collaborate with the GC to translate priorities into plans, tooling and reporting.
• Track matters, deals, and tasks across SharePoint, Salesforce and related systems.
