Responsibilities

• Contract Lifecycle Management: administer Ironclad, templates, workflows, integrations with Salesforce, Claude, GitHub.
• Automate and standardize contracting processes acrossLegal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, IT.
• Leverage AI to enhance post-signature contract data search, extraction, tagging, and obligation management.
• Create detailed process docs and training materials for change management.
• Oversee Onit Unity for e-billing and spend management with AI-assisted reviews.
