Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks an analytical and technology-driven Legal Operations Specialist to optimize legal service systems, contract management, and compliance using AI. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT/Digital, and business stakeholders to automate workflows and generate insights from data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-8+ years in legal operations or a related function.
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions in legal tech.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or transformation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal operations initiatives to standardize and optimize processes across legal teams.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and spend analytics for legal resources.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize legal tech including CLM, eBilling, documentation, and eDiscovery.
• Drive AI strategy, governance, outcomes measurement, and responsible AI practices.
• Partner with Legal, IT, Digital, Finance, Compliance and stakeholders on tech implementations.
• Design training, user docs, and change management programs to maximise adoption.
• Analyze operational data, spend trends, litigation activity, and adoption metrics.
• Support legal transformation roadmaps and operating models.
• Provide leadership-ready recommendations and cross-functional alignment.
