Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; HR/L&D, business or data analytics preferred.
• Experience supporting programs, events, HR, training, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs, trainings, and events from planning to completion.
• Maintain learning calendars, enrollment records, communications, and logistics.
• Organize and update learning records, trackers, and program docs.
• Provide support to learners, facilitators, and internal teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives and positive participant experience.
• Leverage AI-enabled platforms to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Draft communications, develop content, conduct research, and prepare reports.
• Explore new technologies to streamline processes.
• Share best practices for digital tools supporting L&D.
