Job summary

Duke Health's Learning Operations seeks a Program Specialist to provide administrative and operational support across enterprise learning programs, including Day1@Duke and Leader Orientation. You will manage session setup, materials, communications, and reporting.

The role involves AI-enabled rostering, attendance, and participant communications, with oversight of inputs, exception handling, and workflow improvements. Collaboration with Program Managers ensures accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of program administration or event production experience
• Two years of postsecondary education with three years of program administration or event production experience
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Responsibilities

• Session setup, logistics, and live event execution support across in-person and virtual sessions
• Manage AI-assisted roster, attendance, and communications workflows with accuracy checks
• Provide learner support via program inbox and help desk during sessions
• Perform quality checks on program content and maintain SOPs and records
• Produce recurring program and completion reports and improve automated workflows
