Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver leadership development programs across virtual and classroom environments.
• Partner with HRBP teams to identify learning needs and implement targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, providing data-driven feedback to improve modules.
• Manage multiple project timelines and track attendance, completions, and logistics via LMS.
