• Proven track record of creating and scaling leadership programs, academies, journeys, or capability solutions across a complex org.
• Strong understanding of how leadership development connects to talent, employee experience, culture, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for leadership development, aligning with Learning leadership and People stakeholders.
• Build scalable leadership experiences across functions, geographies, levels, and business contexts.
• Integrate leadership development with talent reviews, succession planning, career growth, and internal mobility.
• Lead with an AI mindset, identifying opportunities to use AI for personalization, practice, coaching, content discovery, insights, and measurement.
