Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or STEM field.
• 3+ years of program/project management experience.
• Strong analytics and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• AI literacy including AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a comprehensive AI roadmap and prioritize the project backlog to maximize value.
• Translate data sets and call trends into actionable performance insights.
• Leverage AI literacy to design and deploy internally driven projects improving agent and customer experience.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and mitigate risks to deliver key milestones.
• Present concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership.
