Job summary

Clarity Consultants is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer with strong AI expertise to design an innovative leadership development program focused on helping executives, directors/VPs, and functional managers adopt and apply artificial intelligence in their day-to-day work.

The consultant will translate highly technical AI content into engaging learning experiences, collaborate with AI/IT SMEs, and develop measurement strategies to assess adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy and demonstrated experience incorporating AI into learning initiatives.
• Experience designing learning programs focused on AI adoption, enablement, or transformation.
• Experience translating highly technical AI content into practical learning for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive AI learning program tailored to three leadership levels.
• Translate technical AI content into accessible, actionable learning experiences for executives and managers.
• Conduct SME and stakeholder interviews to identify practical AI use cases for leaders.
