Job summary

Echo is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / Content Producer for its Go-to-Market Enablement team. This approximately 4-month contract role focuses on leadership-enablement and onboarding programs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, content strategy, and learning design.

The role includes designing high-quality eLearning and virtual instructor-led sessions, creating scripts and video content, and shaping content strategies for global Sales and Customer Success staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of instructional design experience in tech/larniss enablement.
• Proven ability to engage remote learners with creative strategies.
• Strong video, podcast, and editing skills for learning content.
• Virtual course design expertise and understanding of adult learning principles.
• Collaborative, hands-on, growth-minded work style.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enablement and GTM teams to identify high-impact content priorities.
• Design modern eLearning modules with Mindsmith.
• Create engaging virtual instructor-led training via Google Slides.
• Develop scripts and video content using Vyond, Camtasia, and similar tools.
• Innovate content development and distribution strategies to engage learners.
• Maintain and improve existing content.
• Conduct research to inform content strategy.
