• 1+ year delivering project work in a consulting environment or domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration and workforce adoption.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning.
• Define AI agent behaviors and handoffs in redesigned processes.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
