Job summary

Accenture’s Learning & Development Partner will design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod’s scope. You will build curricula and coordinate delivery alongside each AI release, translating technical changes into practical learning content for non-technical audiences.

You will measure training effectiveness, collaborate with the change management team, and travel up to 80% as client needs require.

Qualifications

• Instructional design, curriculum development in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Designing role-based training programs for technology or process transformation programs.
• Experience with digital training delivery platforms and LMS (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent).
• Ability to translate technical process and role changes into practical learning content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's functional scope
• Build the training curriculum and coordinate delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release
• Translate process and role redesigns into practical, accessible learning content for functional audiences
• Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption - adjust curriculum based on feedback and adoption data
• Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management team to align training with the overall change plan
• Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%
