Accenture Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise Practice seeks a Learning & Development Partner to design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's scope, build curricula, and measure learning effectiveness to ensure readiness for AI-enabled changes.

You will coordinate with each AI release, translate changes into accessible learning content for non-technical audiences, and collaborate with change management to align training with the overall plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in instructional design, curriculum development, or enterprise learning in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Experience designing role-based training for technology or process transformations.
• Experience with digital training delivery platforms and LMS (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent).
• Ability to translate technical changes into practical learning content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's scope
• Build the training curriculum and coordinate delivery alongside each AI release
• Translate process and role redesigns into practical, accessible learning content for functional audiences
• Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption; adjust curriculum based on feedback and data
• Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management team to align training with the overall change plan.
• Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%
