Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Proven experience delivering large-scale L&D programs.
Executive coaching and psychometric assessments.
Strong facilitation skills both virtually and in person.
Experience with change management frameworks.

Build strategic partnerships with HR and business leaders to champion AI-driven upskilling.
Design long-term learning roadmaps aligned with AI and technology strategy.
Facilitate workshops and blended learning experiences.
