JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wisconsin seeks an Associate Project Manager (AI-Enabled Learning) to translate training modules into AI-enabled solutions within GPB practice management.

You will coordinate with content owners, SMEs, Product and Technology teams to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure adoption and skill development across analysts, advisors, and sales managers. You will support multiple initiatives, maintain plans and timelines, track risks, and prepare updates and dashboards

Qualifications

• Experience supporting delivery of cross-functional projects in learning or technology.
• Excellent planning, tracking and documentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize updates into clear actions, decisions needed and next steps.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Comfort working with AI tools and/or AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery methods or willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's or higher degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with content owners, SMEs, and Product/Tech to convert training modules into AI-enabled solutions.
• Support day-to-day delivery across multiple initiatives, coordinating timelines and handoffs.
• Maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables; track progress and risks.
• Coordinate iterative delivery with planning, tracking and status updates.
• Run sessions and stakeholder check-ins; document decisions and next steps.
• Track risks, issues and inter-team dependencies; elevate items needing leadership input.
• Support launches with communications, reinforcement plans and feedback collection.
• Prepare status updates and professional materials for regular updates and dashboards.
• Keep documents and delivery tracking up to date in the appropriate tools.
