Job summary

JLL is seeking a REMS L&D Partner to design and deliver targeted upskilling for PM and WPM, embedding AI-enabled learning into practical, measurable programs. You will scope, design and deliver learning that aligns with business goals and 2,000+ PM learners within a 12‑month window, coordinating with REMS leadership and product leads.

Qualifications

• Understanding of PM and WPM business priorities and learning needs anchored in business problems.
• Ability to translate business goals into learning objectives and ROI.
• Experience mapping roles to curricula and designing end-to-end L&D programs across functions.
• Skill in defining and reporting measurable outcomes for learning initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders to spread upskilling across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose skills gaps for PM and WPM in the REMS scope and define learning interventions.
• Anchor learning to business goals and success metrics for measurable impact.
• Lead PM integration into the REMS L&D curriculum and onboard PM leaders to REMS programmes.
• Design AI adoption pathways and learning journeys for PM and WPM operations.
• Build and execute a skills-based transformation roadmap across PM and WPM.
• Determine optimal delivery models for learning content (content, product, or bespoke).
• Co-own the Skilled Trades pathway with WPM to support engineering onboarding at scale.
• Provide learning for account directors and team leads to elevate capabilities.
• Support hiring velocity with learning readiness for new wins across PM/WPM.
• Lead change management and leader enablement for the transformation program.
