Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Learning Services Trainer to design and deliver engaging training content for JLL Technologies' customers and internal teams. You will leverage AI tools to author scripts, build assessments, and streamline production while maintaining localized in-app guidance and onboarding programs.

Collaborating with product and customer success, you will ensure courses align with feature releases, track metrics, and drive customer self-sufficiency across time

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, business, HR, IT, or related field.
Experience creating training content and manuals in a corporate setting.
Proficiency with instructional design and video editing software.

Responsibilities

Design, update, and deliver high quality training content and guides.
Use AI tools to draft scripts, assess trainings, and streamline content creation.
Deliver live VILT and onboarding courses for internal and external learners.
Collaborate with product and customer success to close training gaps.
Track enrollment data and gather feedback to improve courses.
Localize assets and publish in multiple languages as needed.
