Job summary

Referment is seeking a Learning and Development specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate tailored learning experiences for a global organisation. You will blend programme design, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership with practical use of generative AI to cover professional effectiveness, writing, leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, and select financial or technical skills programs.

This role suits an experienced corporate L&D practitioner who enjoys bespoke design and applying

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years in learning and development or a related field.
Experience applying generative AI to learning design, content, or working practices.
Track record in professional effectiveness, writing, management development, onboarding, or financial/technical skills programmes.
Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and communicate them clearly.
Excellent organisation, judgment, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Partner with content leads and stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate customised learning programmes.
Identify useful applications of generative AI across learning design, content, delivery, learner experience, and workflows.
Work with subject-matter experts to create workshops, tutorials, simulations, coaching, guides, and other formats.
Facilitate sessions in your areas of expertise.
Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies across multiple concurrent programmes.
