Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years in learning and development or a related field.
• Experience applying generative AI to learning design, content, or working practices.
• Track record in professional effectiveness, writing, management development, onboarding, or financial/technical skills programmes.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and communicate them clearly.
• Excellent organisation, judgment, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

You will combine programme design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and practical use of generative AI. The work covers professional effectiveness, writing, leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, and selected financial or technical skills, with responsibility for taking several workstreams from concept through delivery.
