Job summary

AFS seeks a practical, hands-on Learning & Development Specialist to design, build, and maintain AI-enabled training content. You will personalize paths, measure outcomes, and ensure secure use of AI tools across the organization.

You will partner with SMEs, HR, and IT, delivering live sessions and driving rapid adoption of innovative learning technologies while aligning with data security standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering training content in corporate L&D or instructional design.
• Ability to translate subject matter into engaging learning content with practical execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled authoring or personalization tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development, maintenance, and personalization of training content.
• Personalize learning paths by role, skill gaps, and performance data.
• Maintain and update the L&D content library to reflect product and process changes.
• Collaborate with SMEs and HR/IT to ensure security and compliance in AI tools used.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning tools and gather feedback for improvement.
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions and workshops on AI tools and priority skills.
• Pilot and vet new AI-based learning technologies for data security and classification compliance.
• Measure training effectiveness and report on outcomes to inform updates.
• Support onboarding with AI-personalized learning paths to accelerate ramp-up.
